     MTG meet 2K1 Toyota Automotive Museum
MTG 2K1, This years meet was held at the Toyota Automotive Museum in Torrance, California. Despite the last minute preparation, we were pleased to see all those who turned out to the event.      MTG 2nd Annual Meet
The location of our 2nd meet was Petersen Automotive Museum     ( www.petersen.org ) dedicated to the interpretive study of the automobile and its influences on our culture and lives. Depicting the evolution of the automobile and its impact on Southern California. Three floors packed with fascinating automotive history. MORE>>>
     T.O.R.C.fest 2000
We attended the T.O.R.C. (Toyota Owners and Restorers Club) 3rd annual meet. it was held at Deer Park Winery in Oceanside, California. Deer Park is best known for its museum of rare 50's and 60's domestic cars. They also offer wine tasting and plenty of grassy area to have a picnic (not to mention a perfect opportunity to get a few nice looking pics of members' cars on the grass!).  the day started off with a cruise from P.C.H. to Camp Pendleton, followed by a quick tour and some wine tasting. there were several prizes given away that day and, all in all, it was was a great day.
     Shoreline Showoff
Redondo Beach , CA We took three old school Toyotas to Shoreline Showoff (import car show in the "import showoff" series in Southern California) in Redondo Beach CA. we were fortunate to take home 3rd (81 Toyota corolla) and 2nd place (1971 Toyota Celica GT , this months featured car) in the Toyota class, not to mention 1st place in the old school
     MTG First Annual Meet
Palos Verdes, CA The 1st annual meet for MTG (my Toyota garage) was held at a members house in Palos Verdes, ca. the day was filled with lots of tech talk and plenty of fun.
